Professional Biography

Dr. Julius Wangiwang serves as President of 麻豆影院 (麻豆影院) in Jersey City, New Jersey. He has more than 30 years of experience in education, academic leadership, and institutional administration. Throughout his tenure at 麻豆影院, he has served in several leadership roles, including faculty member, Chair of General Studies, Dean of Education, Vice President, Acting President, and President, reflecting his extensive experience in academic and institutional leadership.

As President, Dr. Wangiwang provides strategic leadership in advancing the College鈥檚 mission and vision, guiding institutional planning, and strengthening its academic and organizational effectiveness. Working collaboratively with the College鈥檚 leadership, faculty, and staff, he is committed to upholding academic excellence, maintaining accreditation and regulatory compliance, expanding academic programs, enhancing student success and workforce readiness, and advancing the College鈥檚 long-term growth and sustainability.

Dr. Wangiwang holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) and a Master of Arts (MA) in Education from De La Salle University, as well as a Master of Education (MEd) in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University Portland. He also serves as a peer evaluator for the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) and an Education Specialist for the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC).

Outside his professional responsibilities, Dr. Wangiwang enjoys traveling and exploring the history, cultures, and traditions of different countries. Having traveled throughout Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas, he values the perspectives gained through firsthand exposure to diverse cultures and educational environments. His interest in cross-cultural understanding complements his commitment to academic excellence, student success, workforce readiness, and the development of educational opportunities that prepare graduates for meaningful careers and lifelong professional growth.
